8/29 Workout with Weidner - Kids Yoga w/ Nikka

Join our virtual Kids Yoga class where instructor Nikka will teach the kids the fundamentals of yoga with a beginners course! We will start with a warm-up to help set the tone and get everyone feeling comfortable. Great for all levels, this class will help educate kids on the importance of fitness, stretching, posture, and a variety of other health benefits.  Participate in this awesome kids experience.
