Kids have endless energy and what better way to channel that energy than a dance fitness class curated specificallly for kids.  They'll learn basic grooves and footwork, develop an understanding of rhythm, all while getting in a great kid friendly workout. This class is meant to  have some fun; explore a creative side, and develop rhythm and coordination! Parents be sure to sign up and join us with your little ones!
