4/6 Workout with Weidner - Flow Yoga Class

Flow Yoga incorporates energetic movement through a series of asanas (yoga postures), by which the student experiences a sense of fluid physical motion. Chris provides an amazing Yoga experience, with therapeutic and calming effects that everyone can enjoy. Please give yourself at least 10 minutes prior to each class to sign in and get settled in order to ensure the smoothest experience for yourself, the instructor, and the other students. All skill levels welcome.
