Yoga Flow incorporates energetic movement through a series of asanas (yoga postures), by which the student experiences a sense of fluid physical motion. Please give yourself at least 10 minutes prior to each class to sign in and get settled in order to ensure the smoothest experience for yourself, the instructor, and the other students. Join our amazing instructor Kat for an excellent Yoga session for all skill levels.
