She will start with a warm-up to help set the tone and get everyone feeling comfortable. Then she will transition to incorporate some basic grooves and footwork before putting it all together in a simple, beginnerfriendly combination. This class is meant to get you up and have some fun; explore your creative side while developing rhythm and coordination! There’s no better way to get in your steps and cardio than dancing.
