2/18 Workout with Weidner - Flow Yoga Class

Free virtual Yoga with certified instructors, dedicated to Weidner Apartment Homes. 

Flow Yoga incorporates energetic movement through a series of asanas (yoga postures), by which the student experiences a sense of fluid physical motion.  Join our amazing instructor Kat for an excellent Yoga session for all skill levels. Please give yourself at least 10 minutes prior to each class to sign in and get settled in order to ensure the smoothest experience for yourself, the instructor, and the other students. All skill levels welcomed.
