About the Event

Learn to make fresh and delicious dishes. Tis the season for parties and gatherings! This Holiday Antipasto Wreath is so easy, fun and festive. Skewers of salami, mozzarella, basil and an assortment of peppers and olives are shaped into a wreath and adorned with sprigs of fresh rosemary. These recipes are quick, easy to make, and a healthier alternative to store bought items! Learn to make a healthy and super tasty treat you and your guests are sure to love!

Holiday Antipasto Wreath:


6 oz thin sliced Salami

1 (15 ounce) jar artichoke hearts

1 pint fresh cherry tomatoes

1 jar pepperoncini

fresh rosemary sprigs

1 can pitted olives

1 cup italian dressing

1 8 ounce container fresh Mozzarella

1 sweet red bell pepper

fresh basil


Preparationi and Instructions:

1. Arrange the ingredients in bowls.

2. Mix and match, threading a few on skewers. I usually stop once I have used up the salami and mozzarella.

3. Place the skewers on a round platter in the shape of a wreath, layering 2- 3 times.

4. Use small sprigs of rosemary, and randomly tuck it into different spots in the wreath.
