11/17 Dance with Weidner - Ballet Barre Dance

Join our virtual Dance class where instructor Nikka will get you MOVING with a beginners course! We will start with a warm-up to help set the tone and get everyone feeling comfortable. This ballet barre class, done to classical or pop music, focusses on the fundamentals of ballet. Emphasizing alignment and core strength we will break down the basics for beginners to allow someone who has never taken ballet before to enjoy all the benefits, while someone who has ballet experience will enjoy the full traditional barre class with a twist. Benefits include increased flexibility, long toned muscles, lifted booty, improvement of posture, balance, self confidence, and body awareness! There’s no better way to get in your steps and cardio than dancing.
