Add on a witch hat cookie and you've got Melting Witch Hot Chocolate. These recipes are quick, easy to make, and a healthier alternative to store bought items! Learn to make a healthy and super tasty treat you're sure to love!

Melting Witch Hot Chocolate:

Ingredients:

Cocoa Ingredients: 3 Cups of whole milk (or milk alternative), 1 teaspoon vanilla extract, 8 ounces of white chocolate, chopped into tiny pieces, 1 Cup of heavy cream (or milk alternative coconut creamer would work great)

green food coloring,

Whip Cream Ingredients: 1 teaspoon vanilla extract, 1 tablespoon sugar, 1 cup heavy whipping cream, Green food coloring

Witch Hat Cookies Ingredients: 4 chocolate kiss candies, 4 Chocolate cookies ( I used fudge stripes), orange icing

Cooking Instructions:

Green whipped cream: In the bowl of a mixer add 1 cup heavy cream and the sugar. Whip on medium high until stiff peaks form. Mix in vanilla and a few drops of green food coloring.

Hot Chocolate: Add the whole milk, heavy cream, vanilla and chopped white chocolate to a medium saucepan.

Heat over medium-low heat, stirring occasionally. Heat until the white chocolate is melted and the hot chocolate starts to simmer. Do not let it burn or boil! Stir in a drop or two of green food coloring. Pour hot chocolate into mugs. Top with Green whipped cream and a witch hat cookie.

Witch Hat cookies: Flip Fudge Stripe cookies over to chocolate side. Fill a plastic sandwich baggie with the orange icing and pipe an icing circle around the center of the cookie. Press an unwrapped chocolate kiss candy into the middle of the orange icing.
