Free virtual Yoga with certified instructors, dedicated to Weidner Apartment Homes.
As a result of Covid our fitness classes began in 2021. This year we are excited what those opportunities have provided. Join our amazing instructor Kat for an excellent Yoga session for all skill levels. Please give yourself at least 10 minutes prior to each class to sign in and get settled in order to ensure the smoothest experience for yourself, the instructor, and the other students. All skill levels welcomed.
