Similar to face-to-face training courses,  our Social Direcotor will facilitate a collaborative discussion where we will explore a variety of topics and develop new skills. This month we’ll learn to create seasonal mocktails!

Supplies needed:

· 1/2 cup 100 %coconut water

· 1 cup sliced fresh strawberries

· 12 mint leaves

· 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice (usually from 1 lime)

· 1 tablespoon honey

· 1 cup soda water or sparkling water

· 1/2 cup sugar

· 2 level tbs. natural cocoa powder

· 1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon

· 1 cup water

· 2 cups almond milk

· lemon wedge
