We will start with a warm-up to help set the tone and get everyone feeling comfortable. Belly Dance provides many benefits for our physical and emotional health by improving balance and strength, as well as reducing stress levels. In this class, you will learn the fundamentals of one of the oldest forms of dance while getting exercise, clearing your mind, and connecting with your Weidner community. Our Belly Dance Classes are great activities for all ages and experience levels, and anyone will be able to participate and enjoy themselves! There’s no better way to get in your steps and cardio than dancing.
